  • Continued advancing BillSync’s AI capabilities to improve realization, reduce appeals, and accelerate time to cash


Accelerated Customer Growth


Firms using BillSync in 2025 reported:


  • Up to 17% improvement in e-billing realization

  • A significant reduction in appeals

  • Substantial time savings by submitting LEDES files to more than 40 e-billing portals through a single platform


The result: higher realization, faster submissions, and reduced time from invoice to cash.


Strong ARR Momentum


ARR—the lifeblood of any SaaS company—grew as an industry average 228% year over year, enabling Scan Logic to expand both its team and its technology. Investments in 2025 included:


  • Enhanced business intelligence and reporting capabilities

  • Continued advancement of BillSync’s AI engine, which reads and validates time entries against Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs)


When time entries fall outside OCG requirements, BillSync automatically flags them, notifies the appropriate personnel, and provides corrective guidance—a process Scan Logic refers to as “scrubbing.”


Strategic Partner Expansion


In 2025, Scan Logic expanded its partner ecosystem across both consulting and platform channels, strengthening its ability to reach mid-sized law firms at the moment e-billing challenges are actively being addressed.


New relationships with Affinity Consulting, Beyond Square One, and 4L Consulting extended Scan Logic’s reach through trusted advisors who understand both the operational complexity of e-billing and the financial impact of improving it. Together, these partnerships are driving introductions, product demonstrations, and a growing sales pipeline.

Scan Logic expanded its presence within the SurePoint ecosystem in 2025, highlighted by a Platinum sponsorship at SurePoint Ignite and a featured presentation tracing the lifecycle of an e-bill through modern financial operations. SurePoint firms have purchased and are actively using BillSync to manage compliance, submissions, and post-submission visibility.


Tabs3

Scan Logic completed its integration with Tabs3 in the second half of 2025, opening access to a large base of mid-sized firms seeking improved e-billing outcomes. Since launch, multiple Tabs3 firms have purchased and deployed BillSync, validating strong demand within the platform’s customer base.


Orion

Scan Logic began onboarding its first Orion firms in 2025, expanding its footprint within the ProfitSolv ecosystem. Early engagement is generating new introductions and opportunities as firms modernize billing and compliance workflows across connected systems.
