Los Angeles, CA — March 6, 2026 — Scan Logic today announced Alan Rich has joined the Board. This addition reinforces our focus on growth and scale of our platform across the legal ecosystem.
Alan is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of the legal technology industry. As co-founder of Elite Technology, he helped build the global leader in time, billing, and accounting systems for law firms prior to its acquisition by Thomson Reuters. He later co-founded Chrome River, which grew into a leading global accounts payable and expense management platform before becoming part of Emburse.
Sustainability and Commitment
Over the course of his career, Alan has built and scaled companies that have shaped automation and financial management across the legal industry. His experience in global business strategy, software innovation, and enterprise growth makes him an invaluable addition to Scan Logic’s leadership.
Alan has also played an important role in mentoring members of the Scan Logic leadership team, including Monty Lunn and Dan Sharratt, during the early stages of their careers in legal technology.
